		<description>I actually mix it up between the Yoga X and Stretch X; it seems to be the same exercises except the Stretch doesn&#039;t have all of the Chattarunga moves.  

I&#039;ll admit I&#039;m not a big fan of this portion; being that it&#039;s long, but I&#039;ll do what&#039;s necessary to achieve the best results.

		<description>I stumbled on this blog recently and also, coincidentally, do only the first 45 minutes. After the chattaranga part of the workout ends, and the balance stuff begins, I lose interest. The first 45 minutes are plenty tough as it is.</description>

		<description>I substitute yoga with cardio-x!! Cardio has 20 mins of yoga, which is plenty for me!! I like to Run sprints after I am done with it!.. Great post ty!</description>
