Missed my workout last night…wife didn't get home till 9:45 and it was yoga so I didn't want to be up till midnight. Will try to do yoga tonight…or just skip it and do legs and back…we will see when I get home from work.

Just got destroyed by plyo. Got home, ate, started on plyo…it was terrible. Shut the thing down with about 15 minutes to go. The positive is that I remember it was this bad last time too. So I suppose it can only get easier.

I had the same issue. I felt lucky to hit the 50/30/20, it was usually 40/40/20. Eating an extra piece of chicken or protein shake would help me hit that 50 (protein) mark. I am not tracking my ratios anymore so my guess is I am not hitting the 50/30/20 ratio.
Don't get too caught up on that, it's not a big deal anyways. The bigger deal is sticking to your calorie count. No matter what you eat (carbs or protein), you are going to use it as energy…the p90x workouts are too intense and will burn whatever you put in your body. The key is to make sure you put quality calories into your body.

I'm trying…but finding it hard to get my protein up to 50% and carbs down to 30%. After the first 4 days I am at 50% carbs and 30% protein. But I will keep trying.
