I consider myself an average 33 year old guy who is married with two young kids. I work full-time during the day so my plan is to start my workouts no later than 5:30am. I know this is not going to be easy but I am determined to get in the best shape of my life!

    fightFATblogger – question for you.  I cramp up ridiculously during AbRipper…abs and hip flexors.  Any tips for stuff like this?  I know they usually say bananas, but I already have one a day.

    drisc - Your cramping is most likely caused from your nutrition plan. You are right about bananas as they contain postassium…you could try eating your banana right before you work out. Not drinking enough water could also cause cramping.  Also, it may be a good idea to start having a multivitamin if you are not already taking one. Seeing that you just begun P90X…your body is under a tremendous amout of stress so you need to make sure you provide the proper amount of nutrients for it.
