Insanity is an all out insane 60-day cardio-type program which consists of 10 different workouts. I am definitely going to consider this program after I complete P90X. No equipment or weights are needed. This program uses your body weight to build and tone up your muscles making your body rock-hard while dramatically improving your cardiovascular fitness level. This program also comes with an elite nutrition plan, fitness guide, and a 60-day calendar. You can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour so make no joke about this program, it’s not for everyone.
