Just Completed the Fit Test!
Day 1 will be here in two days, I am very much looking forward to it!
I was going to complete the Fit Test tomorrow but decided to do it today. It doesn’t really matter when you do it as long as you complete it before your official Day 1. Below are my test results…
Pull-Ups – 10
Vertical Leap – 17 1/2 inches
Push-Ups – 54
Toe Touch – +3 1/2
Wall Squat – 1 minute 6 seconds
Bicep Curls – 9 reps (used a 45lb straight bar with 25lbs on each side)
Ab Test – 51 reps
