Life after 90 Days…
If you are currently participating in the P90X program, you should start thinking about what’s next…day 91, 92, 93, etc…
If you are content with your 90 day results, your goal would be to maintain what you achieved. Maintaining what you achieved varies for each individual but it’s safe to assume you do not need to do P90X six days a week and count calories to maintain your results…you could probably get away with three P90X workouts a week if you continue your healthy eating habits.
If you are not satisfied with your 90 day results, you need to keep bringing it. You can either bring it by doing another round of P90X or even a different Beachbody fitness program. The other option would be to customize your own workout plan but good luck on bringing the same amount of intensity you bring during the P90X workouts.
My plan is to do another round of P90X but with a focus on building muscle mass. The P90X program is geared to get you ripped and it’s very difficult to gain muscle mass when you follow the program to a tee. I have been doing a lot of research on the P90X MASS approach and I am very close to finalizing my P90X MASS routine. Once completed, I will make sure I share…
