P90X Plan – Day 12
Legs & Back – I felt real good during this workout this morning, I used weighted dumbbells with some of the leg exercises which made them more difficult to complete. I was also able to do more pull-ups than I normally do.
Overall, I ate pretty good yesterday (thanksgiving). Leading up to the meal, I was snacking on peanuts. Every time I took a few, I was thinking to myself “ok, last one”…I must have said this to myself about 3-4 times. When dinner was served, I only had white meat turkey and broccoli with cheese. I had a decent size plate so it definitely filled me up. I was so tempted but I passed on desert, there was 4-5 pies to choose from too. I ate more than I thought I was going to eat but considering there was food surronding me all day, I think I did pretty good.
I do feel I am getting better at ARX, still far from completing though. I have one more workout until my Day 14 measurements!
