P90X Plan – Day 48
Yoga-X – Seeing that I did kenpo-x on Thursday, I had yoga-x today. I have mentioned this before but some people dislike yoga-x so much they eventually eliminate it from their P90X routine. My feeling is yoga-x is part of the P90X program for a reason and as much as I would love to remove it, I want to see great results. I find it MUCH more bearable cutting the 90 minute workout in half and just doing the first 45 minutes.
I have yoga-x twice next week (rest week) so my plan is to piggy-back the cardio-x workout on top of it making it a 90 minute workout again.
