P90X Results – Day 86
Core Synergistics – I forgot how much I enjoy this workout. Unlike phase 1 and 2, phase 3 is five weeks long so it’s been about five weeks since I last completed this workout. I would say this was my best CORE day by far, I am usually huffing and puffing by the end but I found myself ready for the next exercise without hesitation. I am looking forward to completing CORE again in three days but this time I am going to increase the weight I use on some of the exercises.
Nutrition- In phase 3, your metabolism is in high gear so if you were going to cheat…cheat in this phase. I probably cheated more in phase 3 than I did in phase 1 and 2 but I have also been doing extra cardio.
If you consider yourself “psycho”, don’t cheat at all in this phase and push yourself to do extra cardio. Your body is burning food like a raging furnace in this phase so do your best and capitalize on that…this will make your results even sicker!
