P90X Triathlon – 1 day to go…
I loaded up on carbs last night, eating whole wheat pasta…
Not only did I want to keep my muscle loose, I also wanted to assist my body with the digestion of that heavy carb meal I had last night so I did 30 minutes of core synergistics on an empty stomach. The first 10 minutes was the warmup so I really only exercised for about 20 minutes….and I did not use any weights so it was very light
The goal today is to drink tons of water and eat small meals every few hours or so. Nothing has changed since yesterday, still jacked up to compete and ready to go!!
