P90X Triathlon – 50 days to go…
Now that I am eating enough carbs again I have the energy to workout at a high intensity level. I completed another BRICK (bike/run) this morning. I rode the same 9 mile loop I did last week and was able to shave 1 minute 30 seconds off my bike time. I did not get an accurate time on my run so I can’t say I improved on that end.
My backyard pool is open and ready to go so I no longer have an excuse not to swim train. My hope is to get in 3 swim sessions this week but we will see…
